Steven Anthony Rogai

Founder and President

Steven Anthony Rogai is a Tampa-based luxury homebuilder, real estate developer, designer, investor, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience designing, building, developing, financing, and investing in residential real estate. As Founder and President of Steven Anthony Luxury Homes®, Steven leads the vision behind the company’s custom luxury residences, bringing together design, construction, financial discipline, and a highly personalized client experience.
Steven’s career in real estate began in the mortgage industry, where he gained an early understanding of residential finance and investment. After working with Florida Mortgage Funding, he founded Florida Select Mortgage in 2004, growing the company to more than $100 million annually in residential mortgage financing. At the same time, he expanded his involvement in residential real estate investment and development, establishing the foundation for his career as a builder and developer.
In 2005, Steven founded Titan 1 Design & Construction, a luxury residential development company specializing in custom and speculative homes. Through Titan 1, he gained hands-on experience in the full development and construction process, from identifying opportunities and evaluating land to design, budgeting, construction, and final delivery. He successfully sold the company in 2008 and continued investing in and developing residential real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Steven also owned and operated a real estate brokerage, which he successfully sold in 2023. Together, his experience in construction, development, mortgage finance, brokerage, and real estate investment gives him a comprehensive understanding of the residential building process from both the builder’s and homeowner’s perspective.
Throughout his career, Steven has also founded and led companies outside of real estate, including serving in executive leadership roles that involved raising significant capital and taking a company public. That experience strengthened the financial, operational, and strategic disciplines he now brings to large-scale residential construction and development.
Today, Steven leads Steven Anthony Luxury Homes®, a Tampa-based custom homebuilder specializing in high-end design-build residences. He oversees the company’s strategic direction, development opportunities, financial performance, construction standards, and growth while working closely with the leadership, design, and construction teams to ensure each residence is executed to an exceptional standard.
Steven Anthony Luxury Homes® specializes in custom residences ranging from approximately $3 million to $20 million, with an emphasis on architectural distinction, superior craftsmanship, innovative design, and meticulous execution. Under Steven’s leadership, the company approaches each project as a fully integrated building experience, coordinating design, budgeting, construction, finishes, and project delivery around the individual vision of each homeowner.
Steven’s work as a developer also reflects his connection to the Tampa Bay community. His proudest development project is Madsen Isles, a residential development in Sunset Park named in honor of fallen Tampa Police Officer Jesse Madsen, who was killed in the line of duty in 2021. Steven dedicated the development to Officer Madsen as a lasting tribute to his service, sacrifice, and commitment to the Tampa community.
Steven remains deeply involved in the client and building experience. He works directly with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and construction professionals to transform a client’s vision into a distinctive finished residence. His approach combines the creativity required for luxury custom construction with the financial discipline and operational oversight necessary to successfully execute complex residential projects.
His focus is not simply on building luxury homes, but on creating residences that are thoughtfully designed, exceptionally constructed, and tailored to the way each client wants to live. Transparency, attention to detail, accountability, and long-term value remain central to his approach and to the standards of Steven Anthony Luxury Homes®.
Outside of the company, Steven supports the Tampa Bay community through the Rogai Family Foundation, including charitable initiatives benefiting local law enforcement agencies and community organizations. The dedication of Madsen Isles further reflects Steven’s commitment to recognizing those who have served and sacrificed for the community he calls home.
Steven’s work as a developer also reflects his connection to the Tampa Bay community. Among his development projects is Madsen Isles, a residential development named in honor of fallen Tampa Police Officer Jesse Madsen, who selflessly sacrificed himself in the line of duty in 2021. Steven dedicated the development to Officer Madsen as a lasting tribute to his service, sacrifice, and commitment to the Tampa community.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Steven continues to design, build, develop, and invest in residential real estate while expanding Steven Anthony Luxury Homes® and its presence in Florida’s luxury homebuilding market.

Monica Angel

Chief Executive Officer

Monica is a strategic executive recognized for building scalable, process-driven growth across organizations. She began her career leading sales for a real estate developer, where she quickly distinguished herself by pairing strong revenue performance with operational discipline. From there, she expanded her experience across multiple industries, consistently focusing on real estate and on helping growing companies implement the structure, clarity, and accountability required to scale successfully.
In 2024, Monica joined Steven Anthony Luxury Homes® as Chief Strategy Officer. Her ability to translate vision into executable strategy quickly elevated her into the role of Chief Operating Officer, where she strengthened internal systems, refined workflows, and aligned teams around measurable goals. In January 2026, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Today, she leads the company alongside founder and president Steven Anthony Rogai, guiding continued growth while upholding an uncompromising commitment to excellence, client experience, and operational integrity.
Prior to her current role, Monica served as Chief Strategy Officer at a prestigious Tampa law firm, Director of Partner Success for a leading medical company, and worked in development with International Diamond Center, earning her certification as a Diamontologist through the Diamond Council of America. Across each role, she developed a reputation for being highly organized, metrics-driven, and focused on building sustainable infrastructure that supports long-term expansion rather than short-term wins.
Born and raised in Tampa, Monica is deeply rooted in her community. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Cure Kids’ Cancer NOW! Foundation and is a dedicated supporter of St. Joseph’s Hospitals as a Benefactor of The Philanthropic Women of St. Joseph’s. Her philanthropic work reflects her resilience, compassion, and determination to create meaningful impact beyond business. She challenges both colleagues and clients to never settle for average, to build with intention, and to pursue excellence in every detail.

Chief Construction Officer

Scott oversees every project from start to finish, ensuring each home reflects the unmatched quality and craftsmanship Steven Anthony Luxury Homes® is known for. He leads and supports Construction Managers while coordinating closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients to bring each design to life. From budgeting and scheduling to safety compliance and quality control, Scott keeps every detail aligned and on track. His leadership promotes clean, organized, and efficient job sites while maintaining high construction standards. With a proactive approach and strong field experience, Scott plays a critical role in transforming plans into exceptional, lasting homes.

Jennifer Callahan

Project Coordinator

Jennifer supports every phase of construction with structure, organization, and follow-through. She coordinates permitting, approvals, utilities, and documentation to ensure projects remain compliant and on schedule. Acting as a liaison between clients, field teams, and vendors, Jennifer maintains clear and proactive communication from start to finish. She tracks timelines, assists with material selections, and processes changes efficiently to prevent delays. With a detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills, Jennifer helps maintain steady progress on each build while supporting the high standards of quality and service Steven Anthony Luxury Homes® is known for.

Accounting Manager

Terry oversees daily financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. She manages invoicing, vendor payments, and client billing while maintaining organized financial records that support transparency across all projects. Terry works closely with leadership and project teams to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and maintain efficient financial procedures. Her careful oversight helps keep projects aligned with company goals and fiscal standards. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Terry plays a vital role in supporting the financial health and operational stability of Steven Anthony Luxury Homes®.

Operations Coordinator

Sidney provides operational support to leadership while helping coordinate initiatives across departments. She assists with scheduling, executive projects, and internal organization to ensure daily operations remain aligned with company goals. Sidney also contributes to marketing efforts, social media strategy, and brand consistency, helping maintain a strong company presence. In addition, she supports warranty coordination and client communication to ensure follow-through after project completion. With adaptability and attention to detail, Sidney helps strengthen internal processes while supporting both leadership and clients with professionalism.

Construction Manager

Terry serves as Construction Manager at Steven Anthony Luxury Homes®, overseeing the day-to-day execution of high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion. He coordinates closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Terry manages job site operations, scheduling, and material logistics while maintaining clear communication between leadership, field teams, and clients. He plays a key role in problem-solving on site, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects moving efficiently. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, organization, and accountability, Terry helps deliver homes that meet the company’s standards for precision and detail.
