Steven Anthony Rogai

Founder and President

Steven Anthony Rogai is a Tampa-based entrepreneur, investor, and luxury homebuilder whose career spans more than two decades across finance, real estate development, public company leadership, and strategic growth. While his professional experience has extended into multiple industries, real estate has remained the consistent foundation of his career — through investing, development, brokerage ownership, and high-end construction ventures.

Steven began his real estate career at Florida Mortgage Funding before founding Florida Select Mortgage in 2004. Under his leadership, the firm brokered more than $100 million annually in residential mortgage financing. During this same period and beyond, he remained actively involved in real estate investing and development, building a diversified portfolio of residential projects and ventures.

In 2005, he founded Titan 1 Design & Construction, a luxury real estate development firm focused on custom and speculative homes, which was successfully sold in 2008. He later owned and operated a real estate brokerage, which he successfully sold in 2023 — further demonstrating his ability to build, scale, and exit real estate-based enterprises.

Beyond development, Steven served in chief executive roles at TVGoods and Inventors Business Center, merging the companies and raising over $28 million to take the combined entity public under the name As Seen on TV. Even during his leadership in consumer products and brand development, he remained consistently engaged in real estate investing and strategic property ventures — reinforcing his long-standing commitment to the industry.

Today, as Founder and Principal of Steven Anthony Luxury Homes®, Steven sets the long-term vision and strategic direction of the firm. He leads the senior leadership team across operations, construction, finance, and growth strategy, ensuring every residence reflects uncompromising quality, architectural distinction, and innovation.

Known for delivering custom design-build residences in the $1–$20 million range, Steven has positioned Steven Anthony Luxury Homes® as a respected name in Tampa’s luxury residential market. His leadership emphasizes financial discipline, white-glove service, and meticulous execution — values that have earned the trust of discerning homeowners throughout the region.

Deeply involved in the client experience, Steven works directly with homeowners to translate their vision of luxury living into architecturally significant homes executed with precision, transparency, and integrity. He oversees the company’s financial performance, market positioning, and expansion initiatives, keeping the brand at the forefront of Tampa’s evolving luxury landscape.

Outside of business, Steven is committed to giving back to the community through the Rogai Family Foundation, where he actively supports local law enforcement agencies through charitable initiatives and contributions. His philanthropic efforts reflect a belief in strengthening the community that has supported his professional success.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Steven enjoys spending time with his two children while continuing to build, invest in, and lead real estate ventures that shape the region’s luxury housing market.

Chief Executive Officer

Monica is a strategic executive recognized for building scalable, process-driven growth across organizations. She began her career leading sales for a real estate developer, where she quickly distinguished herself by pairing strong revenue performance with operational discipline. From there, she expanded her experience across multiple industries, consistently focusing on real estate and on helping growing companies implement the structure, clarity, and accountability required to scale successfully.
In 2024, Monica joined Steven Anthony Luxury Homes as Chief Strategy Officer. Her ability to translate vision into executable strategy quickly elevated her into the role of Chief Operating Officer, where she strengthened internal systems, refined workflows, and aligned teams around measurable goals. In January 2026, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Today, she leads the company alongside founder and president Steven Anthony Rogai, guiding continued growth while upholding an uncompromising commitment to excellence, client experience, and operational integrity.
Prior to her current role, Monica served as Chief Strategy Officer at a prestigious Tampa law firm, Director of Partner Success for a leading medical company, and worked in development with International Diamond Center, earning her certification as a Diamontologist through the Diamond Council of America. Across each role, she developed a reputation for being highly organized, metrics-driven, and focused on building sustainable infrastructure that supports long-term expansion rather than short-term wins.
Born and raised in Tampa, Monica is deeply rooted in her community. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Cure Kids’ Cancer NOW! Foundation and is a dedicated supporter of St. Joseph’s Hospitals as a Benefactor of The Philanthropic Women of St. Joseph’s. Her philanthropic work reflects her resilience, compassion, and determination to create meaningful impact beyond business. She challenges both colleagues and clients to never settle for average, to build with intention, and to pursue excellence in every detail.

He leads and supports Construction Managers while coordinating closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients to bring each design to life. From budgeting and scheduling to safety compliance and quality control, Scott keeps every detail aligned and on track. His leadership promotes clean, organized, and efficient job sites while maintaining high construction standards. With a proactive approach and strong field experience, Scott plays a critical role in transforming plans into exceptional, lasting homes.

Jessica Bonerigo

Project Coordinator

Jessica ensures projects move seamlessly from planning through completion with organization and accuracy. She manages permitting, utilities, documentation, and approvals while serving as a dependable point of contact for clients throughout the construction process. Jessica provides consistent updates, coordinates selections, and processes change orders clearly and efficiently. She works closely with Construction Managers and vendors to confirm timely deliveries and maintain alignment with project budgets and schedules. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, Jessica helps create a smooth and professional experience for every Steven Anthony client.

Jennifer supports every phase of construction with structure, organization, and follow-through. She coordinates permitting, approvals, utilities, and documentation to ensure projects remain compliant and on schedule. Acting as a liaison between clients, field teams, and vendors, Jennifer maintains clear and proactive communication from start to finish. She tracks timelines, assists with material selections, and processes changes efficiently to prevent delays. As a Certified General Contractor, he guides construction from planning through completion while ensuring homes meet the company’s signature standards of quality and craftsmanship. Michael collaborates with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment with design intent and project timelines. He also supports field supervision and helps mentor team members. With a steady leadership style and deep construction knowledge, Michael ensures each home is built with precision, efficiency, and long-term durability.

Sidney provides operational support to leadership while helping coordinate initiatives across departments. She assists with scheduling, executive projects, and internal organization to ensure daily operations remain aligned with company goals. Sidney also contributes to marketing efforts, social media strategy, and brand consistency, helping maintain a strong company presence. In addition, she supports warranty coordination and client communication to ensure follow-through after project completion. He collaborates with leadership to refine processes and improve operational efficiency across projects. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Terry plays a key role in protecting build quality and delivering homes that consistently exceed client expectations.
